By accessing or using the services provided by Hiya Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Hiya Technologies provides digital design, web development, and digital marketing services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be detailed in individual project proposals or contracts tailored to your specific requirements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials produced by Hiya Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, relevant licenses and ownership rights as outlined in the project agreement will be transferred to the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client responses may result in adjusted project timelines and potential changes to delivery schedules.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be explicitly outlined in your project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or pause services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

Limitation of Liability

Hiya Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hiya Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
